He holds a Bachelor of Science (Building) from National University of Singapore (NUS), Specialist Dip in Lighting Design, Chartered Building Surveyor (RICS), Universal Design assessor, ISO Assessor, Licensed Builder (BCA), Registered Contractor (HDB)

Comprehensive consultation with the team, architect, quantity surveyor (QS), builder, and artist to develop a spatial layout proposal, including Gross Floor Area (GFA), maximum room capacity, and height derivation.
